Terms of Service
Terms governing access to and use of COACH PRO AI.
1. Service
COACH PRO AI provides football planning, squad, match, training, reporting, collaboration and AI-assisted coaching tools. The service is a decision-support product and does not replace the professional judgement, safeguarding duties, medical advice or legal responsibilities of coaches, clubs or other professionals.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and use the service only through accounts you are authorised to access. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless caused by a security failure attributable to us.
3. Plans, subscriptions and billing
Features may be offered under FREE, PRO, CLUB or other plans. Android subscriptions are purchased and billed through Google Play and entitlement status is validated through our backend and RevenueCat. The final price, billing period, taxes and renewal information displayed by Google Play at checkout prevail.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the relevant store before renewal. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not normally remove access before the end of the already-paid entitlement period. Refund requests are handled under the applicable Google Play rules and mandatory consumer law.
4. Acceptable use
You must not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with service security, reverse engineer protected service components except where legally permitted, use the service to infringe third-party rights, upload unlawful content, or misuse the platform to harm players, staff, clubs or other persons.
5. Club and player information
Where you enter personal data about players, staff or other people, you confirm that you are authorised to do so and have an appropriate lawful basis. Clubs and organisations remain responsible for their own safeguarding, permissions, notices and legal obligations, including when data relates to minors.
6. AI-assisted outputs
AI Coach and other AI-assisted features may generate incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable suggestions. Outputs are informational and must be reviewed by a competent coach or authorised user before use. Do not rely on AI output as medical, legal, safeguarding or emergency advice.
7. Intellectual property
COACH PRO AI, its software, design, branding and service content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain rights in content you lawfully submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, back up and display that content solely to provide, secure and improve the service.
8. Availability and changes
We may update features, correct errors, improve security, perform maintenance or discontinue non-essential elements. We will use reasonable efforts to avoid unnecessary disruption. Features marked beta, preview or coming soon may change before full release.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud, unlawful use, serious breach of these Terms or non-payment. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion under our Privacy Policy.
10. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, COACH PRO AI is provided without a guarantee that every feature will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for sporting, medical, employment or safeguarding decisions made independently by users based on service output.
11. Governing law and consumers
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in the user's country of residence. Courts and dispute-resolution rights are determined by applicable mandatory law.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated where required. Continued use after the effective date is subject to the updated Terms.
