Privacy Policy
How COACH PRO AI handles personal data and protects users.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to COACH PRO AI, including the mobile application, website, account services, AI-assisted coaching workflows, subscriptions, club features and related support.
2. Data we may process
- Account data: name, email address, authentication identifiers and account settings.
- Organisation and football data: team, club, squad, match, training, agenda, staff, tactical and performance information entered by authorised users.
- Player data: player profile, availability, participation, readiness/wellness information and other football-related information entered by authorised users.
- Subscription data: product, entitlement, subscription status, renewal/expiry information and store transaction references. We do not receive or store full payment card details.
- Technical and diagnostic data: device/app information, crash diagnostics, performance data, security logs and analytics events.
- AI request data: prompts and relevant football context submitted to AI-assisted features, only as needed to generate the requested output and operate the service.
- Support communications: messages and information you provide when contacting us.
3. Purposes and legal bases

4. Service providers and recipients
We use service providers to operate the product. Key categories include:
- Google / Firebase: authentication, cloud database/functions, messaging, analytics and crash diagnostics used by the application.
- RevenueCat: subscription entitlement and purchase lifecycle management.
- Google Play: app distribution and billing for Android subscriptions.
- Cloud and AI infrastructure providers: only where necessary to host the service or generate AI-assisted outputs requested by the user.
Providers act under their own terms and/or data processing arrangements as applicable. We do not sell personal data.
5. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside Portugal or the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers are supported by recognised safeguards such as adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism.
6. Clubs, staff and player data
Clubs, academies and authorised staff are responsible for ensuring they have an appropriate lawful basis to enter or invite personal data relating to players and staff. Where information relates to minors, the organisation must apply the additional notices, permissions or parental/guardian involvement required by applicable law. COACH PRO AI is primarily designed for coaches, staff and organisations and is not intended to encourage unsupervised use by children.
7. Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes and comply with legal obligations. Account and cloud content is normally retained while the account is active. When a valid deletion request is completed, data is removed from active systems subject to technical backup cycles and any information that must be retained for legal, tax, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution purposes. Diagnostic and analytics retention follows the configured settings of the relevant services.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and you may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, including the Portuguese Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).
For account deletion, use Delete account and data or the in-app account/privacy controls when available.
9. Security
We use measures including authenticated access, role-based permissions, backend entitlement checks, transport encryption provided by our infrastructure, restricted secret storage and diagnostic monitoring. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes
We may update this policy when the product, providers or legal requirements change. The current version and update date will remain available on this page.
